Gentle Support Sensory Sessions

Price

£25.00

For dogs needing rest, recovery, or a slower pace

Not all dogs can enjoy long walks.

Whether your dog is recovering from injury, managing discomfort, or simply needing life to feel a little slower, these sessions offer a calm and supportive alternative.

Using ACE Free Work, your dog is invited to explore a carefully prepared sensory environment designed to support gentle movement, body awareness, and emotional balance—all without pressure or expectation.

Each session is guided by your dog’s individual needs on the day.
There is no set outcome, no pushing through, and no “doing more.”

Instead, we focus on:
    •    Supporting movement within your dog’s own ability
    •    Encouraging choice, curiosity, and confidence
    •    Lowering adrenaline through calm, sensory experiences
    •    Creating space for rest, processing, and recovery

Sessions may include a variety of low-impact experiences such as different surfaces, textures, and small environmental changes to gently engage your dog’s senses.

This is not a rehabilitation or treatment session.

It is a supportive, dog-centred experience designed to complement your dog’s existing care and wellbeing.

Duration: 45 minutes
Engagement time: Short, meaningful periods with plenty of rest
Investment: £25 per session

If your dog is currently under veterinary care, consent from your vet or physiotherapist may be required to ensure we are working in a way that fully supports your dog.
